Lady of the Greening — Print & Stone Set
She is not separate from the land.
She rises with it.
In this piece, the greening takes form,
not as something to worship,
but as something that moves through all living things.
The Lady of the Greening emerges from branch and root,
her eyes closed in quiet knowing,
held within the slow unfolding of leaf, water, and light.
The blackbird stands above her,
keeper of the morning threshold,
carrier of the first song that breaks the silence of winter.
At her centre, the spiral rests,
the ancient path of return,
the turning that brings life back into form.
This set includes an A4 fine art print
on textured paper, hand embellished with gold, bringing light into the living details of the piece.
Also included is a hand painted river stone
(12 x 8 cm), marked with the labyrinth
and inscribed with the words:
“Blackbird in the green hush,
morning opening,
world remembering.”
A small Ostara Rising booklet accompanies the set, written in my own voice,
exploring the greening as a lived, earthly process, a quiet and powerful return.
This is a piece to sit with in stillness,
to place where the light can touch it,
to return to as the days unfold.
Not a symbol
but a presence.
