Bear Medicine is a piece about descent, endurance, and the deep body.
Bear stands upright here, not in aggression, but in grounded power. She holds the centre. The labyrinth rests within her, marking the inward path, the long wintering, and the return that comes only when it is ready.
 Around her, ancestral markings speak of cycles, silence, and the intelligence that lives beneath thought.
Bear medicine is not loud.
It is the medicine of staying.
It teaches us how to rest without collapse,
how to endure without hardening,
how to withdraw without disappearing.
In times of transition, grief, exhaustion, or deep inner work, Bear holds the ground beneath us. She reminds us that descent is not failure,  it is gestation. The cave is not a place of loss, but of formation.
