Bear Medicine Talisman Pendant
Created from a beautiful piece of naturally shed reindeer antler, this one-of-a-kind talisman carries my Bear Medicine artwork, surrounded by simple spiral markings and finished with natural tree seed beads.
Bear Medicine, for me, belongs close to the earth. It carries that old, instinctive strength of Bear: the solitary wanderer, the fierce protector, the winter sleeper and the great animal emerging once again when the season turns.
The spirals upon the antler carry the feeling of the inward path, the turning of the seasons and our own deeper journey within.
The natural reindeer antler measures approximately 9 cm long, with a total hanging length of approximately 13 cm, including the tree seed beads.
This piece also comes with my new Bear booklet, exploring Bear as a living animal and our ancient relationship with him, together with Bear folklore, Mother Bear, the winter den, Bear Medicine, tracks and signs, bone memory, the spirit of Bear and the old inward path of the labyrinth.
