Great Bear of the Earth and Sky,
Sun-crowned, root-born—
I call to you in stillness and strength.
You who rise from dreaming soil,
Wrapped in shadow, crowned in gold,
Walk the spiral path with me.
Guardian of the deep forest,
Keeper of sacred breath,
Mother of the hidden flame—
Teach me your stillness,
The knowing without words,
The strength in silence.
Mark my path with ancient paws.
Cradle my fears in your fur.
Awaken the fire coiled in my center.
Let your light root in me,
Let your wisdom move through me,
Let your power rise within me.
Sun Bear, Earth Mother,
I honor your presence,
I walk in your protection,
I rise in your name.
